अश्वेव चित्रारुषी माता गवामृतावरी । सखाभूदश्विनोरुषाः ॥
Transliteration
aśvā́ iva citrā́ruṣī mātā́ gavām ṛtā́varī | sákhābhūd aśvínoḥ uṣā́ḥ ||
Translation
Như con ngựa đỏ rực rỡ, nàng tỏa sáng muôn sắc; nàng là mẹ của các tia sáng (như đàn bò của ánh quang), kẻ tuyển chọn và mang giữ ṛta (trật tự chân chính của vũ trụ). Uṣas (Bình minh) đã trở thành bạn đồng hành của Aśvins—nàng dẫn dắt những sức mạnh mau lẹ đem trợ giúp.
