Transliteration

parajanasya pūrva-madhyama-uttama-vadhā daṇḍāḥ kretṛ-śrotṛ-ṛṇāṃ ca

Translation

کسی دوسرے شخص (پرَجَن) کے بارے میں لین دین کرنے پر سزائیں ابتدائی، درمیانی اور اعلیٰ (سخت ترین) درجوں کی ہیں؛ اور ذمہ داری خریدار، ‘سننے/رضامندی دینے والے’ (درمیانی/منظوری دینے والے) اور قرض خواہ پر بھی عائد ہوتی ہے۔
