Sukta 3.46
यं सोममिन्द्र पृथिवीद्यावा गर्भं न माता बिभृतस्त्वाया । तं ते हिन्वन्ति तमु ते मृजन्त्यध्वर्यवो वृषभ पातवा उ ॥
yáṁ sómam indra pṛthivī́-dyā́vā gárbhaṁ ná mātā́ bibhṛtás tvāyā́ | táṁ te hinvanti tám u te mṛjanti adhvaryávo vṛṣabha pātávā u ||
Ang Soma na sinasangayunan ng Lupa at Langit para sa iyo, tulad ng pagbubuntis ng ina sa kanyang anak, ito ay pinapaandar nila para sa iyo, ito ay nililinis nila para sa iyo, oh Toro, upang uminom ka.
