Transliteration
r̥tásya préṣā r̥tásya dhī́tir viśvā́yur víśve apā́ṃsi cakruḥ ॥
Translation
The impulsion is of the Truth, the thought is of the Truth; the all-life—together with all the powers—has fashioned the works.
