Dharma Across the Four Yugas, the Disruption of Social Conduct, and Ritual Purification from Varṇa-Mixing Transgressions
वियोनिगमनायाशु ब्राह्मणाय भवत्यलम् । शेषस्य शुद्धिरेषैव प्राणायामशतं भवेत् ॥ ६८.१६ ॥
viyonigamanāyāśu brāhmaṇāya bhavaty alam | śeṣasya śuddhir eṣaiva prāṇāyāmaśataṃ bhavet || 68.16 ||
బ్రాహ్మణునికి వీర్యనిగమనదోషాన్ని త్వరగా తొలగించుటకు ఇది చాలును; మిగిలినవారికి ఇదే శుద్ధి—ప్రాణాయామం వందసార్లు చేయుట.
