Transliteration

vismayaṃ paramaṃ gatvā sā mahī saṃśita-vratā || pādau gṛhya yathā-nyāyaṃ pratyuvāca janārdanam ||

Translation

అత్యంత ఆశ్చర్యంలో మునిగి, వ్రతంలో దృఢమైన ఆ భూమి, విధిపూర్వకంగా (ఆయన) పాదాలను పట్టుకొని జనార్దనునికి ప్రత్యుత్తరం పలికెను.
