Guḍadhenu
ata ūrdhvantu kartavyā gṛhīvittānusārataḥ | gandhapuṣpādibhiḥ pūjya brāhmaṇāya nivedayet || śrotriyāya pradātavyā sahasrakanakena tu | tadardhena mahārāja tasyāpyardhena vā punaḥ ||
Varāha (default, instructor voice)
It documents recipient-qualification language (śrotriya) and a scalable donation model, offering evidence of how learning and ritual patronage are linked in Purāṇic culture.
No geographic location is specified; the verse is procedural and social-institutional.
Offerings should be proportional to means, and recipients are ideally honored and academically qualified (śrotriya).
