देवानामिदवो महत्तदा वृणीमहे वयम् । वृष्णामस्मभ्यमूतये ॥
Transliteration
devānām íd ávo mahát tád ā́ vṛṇīmahe vayám | vṛ́ṣṇām asmábhyam ūtáye ||
Translation
దేవుల యొక్క ఆ మహత్తర సహాయాన్నే—నిజముగా—మేము మనకొరకు ఎంచుకుంటాము; వృష్ణ (బల-శక్తులు) మా లోపల మా ఊతి (రక్షా-సహాయం) కొరకు రావలసిందిగా.
