Sukta 6.12
स त्वं नो अर्वन्निदाया विश्वेभिरग्ने अग्निभिरिधानः । वेषि रायो वि यासि दुच्छुना मदेम शतहिमाः सुवीराः ॥
sá tváṃ no arvan nidā́yā viśvébhir agne agníbhir idhānáḥ | véṣi rāyó ví yāsi ducchúnā mádema śatá-himāḥ su-vīrāḥ ||
అగ్నీ! నీవే మా ప్రయాణాశ్వము; సమస్త అగ్నులతో కూడి ప్రజ్వలింపబడి నీవు మమ్మల్ని రాయః (సంపద) పరిపూర్ణతల వైపు నడిపిస్తావు. దుష్పథం/దుశ్చునాను నీవు విడదీసి దూరం తరిమివేస్తావు. మేము శతహిమాః—నూరు శీతకాలాలు నిలిచి, సువీరాః—వీరశక్తి గలవారమై ఆనందించుదుము.
