Sukta 10.87
यदग्ने अद्य मिथुना शपातो यद्वाचस्तृष्टं जनयन्त रेभाः । मन्योर्मनसः शरव्या जायते या तया विध्य हृदये यातुधानान् ॥
yád agne adyá mithunā́ śápāto yád vā́cas tṛṣṭáṃ janáyanta rebhā́ḥ | manyór mánasaḥ śarávyā̀ jā́yate yā́ táyā vidhya hṛ́daye yātudhā́nān ||
హే అగ్నీ! నేడు అంతరంలోని యుగ్మ శక్తుల నుండి శాపాలు పుట్టినయెడల, రేభులు (ఋషులు) వాక్కు యొక్క పదునైన అంచును జనింపజేసినయెడల—అప్పుడు మనస్సు యొక్క కోపం నుండి వేగంగా దూసుకుపోయే బాణం జనిస్తుంది; ఆ బాణంతో హృదయంలో ఉన్న యాతుధానులను ఛేదించు.
