ध्रुवं ध्रुवेण हविषाभि सोमं मृशामसि । अथो त इन्द्रः केवलीर्विशो बलिहृतस्करत् ॥
Transliteration
dhruváṃ dhruvéṇa havíṣā́bhi sómaṃ mṛśāmasi | átho ta índraḥ kévalīr víśo balihṛ́taḥ karat ||
Translation
ధ్రువ హవిష్యంతో మేము సోమాన్ని ధ్రువతలో స్పృశించి, దానిని మనలో స్థిరపరచుకొందము. ఆపై ఇంద్రుడు ప్రజలను సంపూర్ణంగా నీ వారిగా చేయుగాక—వారు బలి-భృతులై, కర-సమర్పణతో నీ నియమంలో చేరుగాక.
