कासीत्प्रमा प्रतिमा किं निदानमाज्यं किमासीत्परिधिः क आसीत् । छन्दः किमासीत्प्रउगं किमुक्थं यद्देवा देवमयजन्त विश्वे ॥

Transliteration

kā́sīt pramā́ pratimā́ kíṃ nidā́nam ā́jyaṃ kím āsīt paridhíḥ ká āsīt | chándaḥ kím āsīt práugaṃ kím uktháṃ yád devā́ devám ayajanta víśve ||

Translation

అప్పుడు ప్రమాణం ఏమిటి? ప్రతిప్రమాణం ఏమిటి? నిదానం (ఆధారం) ఏమిటి? ఆజ్యం (నెయ్యి) ఏమిటి? పరిధి (చుట్టుముట్టే వలయం/వేడి) ఎవరు? ఛందస్సు ఏమిటి? ప్రఉగం ఏమిటి? ఉక్థం ఏమిటి?—సర్వ దేవతలు ఆ దేవుని (అంతర్యామి దివ్యాన్ని) ఉద్దేశించి యజ్ఞం చేసినప్పుడు.
