evā hy asya kāmyā stóma uktháṃ ca śáṃsyā | índrāya sómapītaye ||

Translation

ఎందుకంటే ఈ విధంగానే ఆయనకై—ఇంద్రునికై—కామ్యమైన స్తోమము, శంసనీయమైన ఉక్థము ప్రకటించబడాలి; సోమపానుడైన ఇంద్రునికి, (సోమ) అంతర్లీన ఆనందం సంపూర్ణంగా గ్రహింపబడి వశమగుటకై.
