अस्येदु मातुः सवनेषु सद्यो महः पितुं पपिवाञ्चार्वन्ना । मुषायद्विष्णुः पचतं सहीयान्विध्यद्वराहं तिरो अद्रिमस्ता ॥
asyéd u mātúḥ sávanesu sadyó máhaḥ pítuṃ papivā́ñ cā́rv annā́ | muṣā́yad víṣṇuḥ pacatáṃ sahīyā́n vídhyad varā́haṃ tiró ádrim ástā ||
తన తల్లి సవనయాగాలలో పుట్టిన వెంటనే, క్షణమాత్రంలోనే, అతడు మహత్తర ఆనందాన్ని—మనోహర ఆహారాన్ని—పానంచేశాడు. బలవంతుడైన విష్ణువు వండబడినదాన్ని అపహరించాడు; వరాహాన్ని విదించి, శిలకు అవతలికి తోసివేశాడు.
