Sukta 1.33
न्याविध्यदिलीबिशस्य दृळ्हा वि शृङ्गिणमभिनच्छुष्णमिन्द्रः । यावत्तरो मघवन्यावदोजो वज्रेण शत्रुमवधीः पृतन्युम् ॥
nyā́vidhyad ilī́biśasya dṛḷhā́ ví śṛṅgíṇam abhinac chúṣṇam índraḥ | yā́vat táro maghavan yā́vad ójo vájreṇa śátrum avadhīḥ pṛtányum ||
ఇంద్రుడు ఇలీబిశుని దృఢమైన కోటలను కిందవరకు ఛేదించాడు; కొమ్ములున్న శుష్ణను చీల్చి విరిచాడు. ఓ మఘవన్, నీ జయపరాక్రమం ఎంతదూరం, నీ ఓజస్సు ఎంతదూరం చేరుతుందో—అంతదూరం వజ్రబలంతో నీవు ఆ యుద్ధోన్మత్త శత్రువును సంహరించావు.
