मा कस्मै धातमभ्यमित्रिणे नो माकुत्रा नो गृहेभ्यो धेनवो गुः । स्तनाभुजो अशिश्वीः ॥

mā́ kásmai dhātam abhý amitriṇé no mā́kútrā no gṛhébhyo dhenávo guḥ | stanā́bhújo áśiśvīḥ ||

మమ్మల్ని ఏ శత్రుభావి చేతికీ అప్పగించకండి; మా గృహాల నుండి మా పోషణశక్తులు ఎక్కడికీ తొలగిపోనివ్వకండి—ఆ పాలు ఇచ్చే ధేనువులు, స్తనాన్ని ఆశ్రయించి పోషించేవి, ఎప్పుడూ విఫలమవనివి.
