prakṣālya ca tayoḥ pādāv apacakrāma lakṣmaṇaḥ ||

ఆ శయనస్థానంపై రాముడు సీతతో కలిసి విశ్రాంతి పొందాడు। లక్ష్మణుడు వారి పాదాలను కడిగి, ఆపై కొంత దూరంగా వెళ్లాడు।
