या हृद॑यमुप॒र्षन्त्य॑नुत॒न्वन्ति॒ कीक॑साः । अहिं॑सन्तीरनाम॒या निर्द्र॑वन्तु ब॒हिर्बिल॑म्

Sanskrit recitationAtharva Veda 9.8.14

yā́ hṛ́dayam upárṣanty anutánvanti kī́kasāḥ | ahíṃsantīr anā́mayā nírdravantu bahírbílam ||

Whatsoever press upon the heart and spread along the ribs, let them—made harmless, made disease-less—run forth, outward through the exit-hole.

హృదయంపై ఒత్తిడి చేసి, పక్కెముకల (కీకసా) వెంట వ్యాపించేవి ఏవైతే ఉన్నాయో, అవి—అహింసకంగా, నిరామయంగా—వేగంగా బయటికి పారిపోవాలి; బిల్ (రంధ్రం) మార్గంగా వెలుపలికి వెళ్లిపోవాలి.
