उप॑हूता॒ भूरि॑धनाः॒ सखा॑यः स्वा॒दुसं॑मुदः । अ॒क्षु॒ध्या अ॑तृ॒ष्या स्त॒ गृहा॒ मास्मद् बि॑भीतन

upahūtā́ bhū́ridhānāḥ sákhāyaḥ svādúsaṃmudaḥ | ákṣudhyā́ atŕ̥ṣyā stá gṛhā́ mā́smád bibhītana ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Invoked hither, wealthy, friendly, of sweet rejoicing—be ye unhungry, unthirsting, O houses; be not afraid of us.

Translation

ఇక్కడికి ఆహ్వానింపబడి వచ్చిన, విస్తార ధనసంపన్న, స్నేహస్వరూప, మధుర ఆనందమయమైన గృహాలారా—మీరు ఆకలిలేని, దాహంలేని వారిగా ఉండండి; మమ్మల్ని భయపడకండి.
