गन्धधूपादिवस्त्रैश्च सम्पूज्य विधिवत् क्रमात् । यस्त्विमं सरहस्यं च मन्त्रं चैवोपपादयेत् । विधानं तस्य वै दत्त्वा फलं कोटिगुणोत्तरम् ॥ ३९.५४ ॥
gandhadhūpādivastraiś ca sampūjya vidhivat kramāt | yas tv imaṃ sarahasyaṃ ca mantraṃ caivopapādayet | vidhānaṃ tasya vai dattvā phalaṃ koṭiguṇottaram || 39.54 ||
Tendo adorado devidamente, em ordem correta, com fragrâncias, incenso, vestes e semelhantes, quem transmitir com exatidão este mantra juntamente com o seu aspecto secreto (esotérico)—depois de lhe conferir o rito prescrito—obtém um fruto aumentado em um koṭi (cem milhões) de vezes.
