Transliteration

tataḥ kālena mahatā samprāpto mathurāṁ purīm || brāhmaṇebhyo bahiḥsthāne nityaṁ tu vasate dvijaḥ ||

Translation

Então, após muito tempo, chegou à cidade de Mathurā. O duas-vezes-nascido habitava continuamente num lugar externo, afastado dos brâmanes.
