तथेति चोक्ते तैर्विप्रैः प्रार्थनीयास्तथाशिषः । पश्चाद्विसर्जयेद्देवान् पूर्वं पैत्रान्महामते ॥ १४.३९ ॥
tatheti cokte tair vipraiḥ prārthanīyās tathāśiṣaḥ | paścād visarjayed devān pūrvaṃ paitrān mahāmate || 14.39 ||
Quando aqueles brāhmaṇas disserem: «Assim seja», devem-se igualmente solicitar bênçãos. Depois disso, ó muito sábio, as divindades devem ser formalmente despedidas, dispensando-se primeiro os ancestrais (pitṛ).
