Transliteration

dināni sapta tiṣṭhet sapta vai pāyasena ca || takreṇa sapta divasān sapta pāvakabhojanaḥ

Translation

Que observe (a disciplina) por sete dias; depois, por sete (dias) de fato, com arroz ao leite; por sete dias com leitelho; e por sete (dias) tomando alimento preparado no fogo sagrado.
