Transliteration
anyám asmádbhiyā́ iyám agne síṣaktu ducchúnā | várdhā no ámavac chávaḥ ||
Translation
Que este ímpeto funesto, impelido pelo medo, se desvie para outro e não para nós, ó Agni. Aumenta para nós a força, rica em poder e em firme resistência.
