महः सु वो अरमिषे स्तवामहे मीळ्हुषे अरंगमाय जग्मये । यज्ञेभिर्गीर्भिर्विश्वमनुषां मरुतामियक्षसि गाये त्वा नमसा गिरा ॥

Transliteration

maháḥ su vo áram iṣé stavāmahe mīḷhúṣe araṃgamā́ya jágmaye | yajñébhir gī́rbhir viśvámanuṣāṃ marútām iyákṣasi gā́ye tvā námasā girā́ ||

Translation

Para o Grande — para o vosso bem-estar e crescimento — nós te confirmamos com louvor: generoso, pronto a vir, já chegado. Com sacrifícios e com cânticos inspirados nutres o impulso universal dos humanos; fazes prosperar os Maruts. Eu te canto com homenagem e com a palavra-mantra.
