ता वामद्य हवामहे हव्येभिर्वाजिनीवसू । पूर्वीरिष इषयन्तावति क्षपः ॥
Transliteration
tā vām adyá havāmahe havyébhir vājínīvasū | pūrvī́r íṣa íṣáyantāv áti kṣapáḥ ||
Translation
A vós dois chamamos hoje com as nossas oferendas, ó senhores da plenitude da força; vós que pondes em movimento os muitos impulsos antigos de nutrição e crescimento, ultrapassando as noites.
