मा न इन्द्र पीयत्नवे मा शर्धते परा दाः । शिक्षा शचीवः शचीभिः ॥

mā́ na indra pīyatnáve mā́ śárdhate párā dāḥ | śíkṣā śacī-vaḥ śácībhiḥ ||

Não nos entregues, ó Indra, ao que nos exauriria; não nos passes à hoste violenta. Instrui-nos, ó senhor do poder eficaz, com tuas forças de destreza luminosa.
