O Heaven and Earth, in due course shine ye upon me; all ye Gods, in due course lay hold on me. Ye Angirases, ye Fathers, Soma-linked: let the evil pass away—unto the maker of harm, the ill-wisher’s agent.
Céu e Terra, conforme a ordem, resplandecei sobre mim; vós todos, Deuses, conforme a ordem, amparai-me. Ó Aṅgiras, Pais ligados ao Soma: que o mal se afaste — para o autor do dano, para o agente do malquerente.
Rishi: Angiras/Atharvanic tradition (hymn-level r̥ṣi attribution needed for certainty)
Devata: Dyāvāpṛthivī; Viśve Devāḥ; Angirases; Pitṛs (collective protective agencies)
Chandas: Likely Anuṣṭubh or mixed (requires full hymn metrical scan; single-verse evidence insufficient)
Primary: shanta
Secondary: vira
