त्वां यज्ञेष्वृत्विजं चारुमग्ने नि षेदिरे । घृतप्रतीकं मनुषो वि वो मदे शुक्रं चेतिष्ठमक्षभिर्विवक्षसे ॥

tvā́ṃ yajñéṣv ṛtv́ijaṃ cā́rum agne ní ṣedire | ghṛtápratīkaṃ mánuṣo ví vo made śukráṃ cétiṣṭham akṣábhír vívakṣase ||

ਹੇ ਅਗਨੀ, ਯਜਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਰਿਤੂਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਰਿਤ੍ਵਿਜ ਵਜੋਂ ਬਿਠਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਘ੍ਰਿਤ-ਮੁਖ, ਸਾਡੇ ਮਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੂੰ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਚਮਕੀਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਤਿ-ਚੇਤਨ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਇੱਛਾ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈਂ।
