yaḥ sarvaśāstranītijñaḥ śuciḥ śauryasamanvitaḥ | tasmāj jñātvā tu tāṃ devīṃ varṇato rūpato guṇaiḥ ||

Translation

Hendaklah orang yang mengetahui segala śāstra dan tata-nīti, suci akhlaknya serta berani—setelah mengenali wanita laksana dewi itu menurut kedudukan, rupa dan sifat-sifatnya—(bertindaklah sewajarnya).
