मिथ्याप्रवृत्तः शब्दोऽयं जगद्भ्रमति सर्वशः ॥ यावत्तत्कुरुते कर्म तावत्कर्म स्वयंकृतम् ॥

mithyāpravṛttaḥ śabdo ’yaṃ jagadbhramati sarvaśaḥ || yāvattatkurute karma tāvatkarma svayaṃkṛtam ||

Wacana ini, kerana bergerak pada jalan yang tersalah, menyebabkan dunia mengembara dan tersasar ke segala arah. Selama seseorang melakukan karma, maka karma itu sesungguhnya perbuatannya sendiri.
