surūpāṃ ca śilāṃ dṛṣṭvā niḥśalyāṃ suparīkṣitām || tatra dakṣaṃ rūpakāraṃ śīghraṃ ca viniyojayet ||

Translation

Setelah melihat batu yang elok rupanya, bebas cela dan telah diperiksa dengan teliti, hendaklah segera di tempat itu melantik seorang tukang ukir/pemahat (rūpakāra) yang mahir.
