A site named Jaṭā-kuṇḍa, described as lying in the vāyavya (north-west) direction; modern identification is uncertain from this excerpt alone.
Implicitly, it frames landscape as culturally significant ‘heritage space’ by naming and measuring it, supporting the Purāṇic practice of mindful pilgrimage and place-based memory.
