Sukta 9.85
कनिक्रदत्कलशे गोभिरज्यसे व्यव्ययं समया वारमर्षसि । मर्मृज्यमानो अत्यो न सानसिरिन्द्रस्य सोम जठरे समक्षरः ॥
kánikradat kalaśé góbhir ajyase ví avyáyaṃ samayā́ vā́ram arṣasi | marmṛ́jyamāno átyo ná sānásir índrasya soma jaṭháre sám akṣaraḥ ||
Berseru dalam piala, engkau disapukan dengan Sinar-sinar; engkau mengalir keluar melalui penapis yang tidak binasa pada saat yang tepat. Sedang dimurnikan, seperti kuda pantas demi kemenangan, wahai Soma, engkau tercurah menyatu ke dalam perut Indra.
