Sukta 10.37
महि ज्योतिर्बिभ्रतं त्वा विचक्षण भास्वन्तं चक्षुषेचक्षुषे मयः । आरोहन्तं बृहतः पाजसस्परि वयं जीवाः प्रति पश्येम सूर्य ॥
mahí jyótir bíbhrataṃ tvā vi-cakṣaṇa bhā́svantaṃ cákṣuṣe-cakṣuṣe máyaḥ | ā-róhantaṃ bṛhatáḥ pā́jasaḥ pári vayáṃ jīvā́ḥ práti paśyema sūrya ||
Wahai Sūrya yang jauh melihat, engkau yang memikul Cahaya yang maha luas, nikmat bercahaya bagi setiap yang melihat; tatkala engkau naik, mengelilingi kebesaran sinarmu—moga kami, yang masih hidup, menatapmu berhadapan, wahai Sūrya.
