“Wahai anak-anakku—yang terbaik antara manusia—aku tidak melihat jalan bagi rākṣasa untuk menyusup ke sini; kerana yajña agung ini telah disucikan oleh mantra dan dipimpin oleh para pendeta yang mulia.”
'O Best among men, O sons! I do not the hand of rakshasas in this as this great sacrifice is consecrated by mantras (to prevent any interruption) and is presided over by eminent priests.
Dharma is discernment grounded in truth: Sagara reasons that a properly consecrated rite, upheld by qualified priests, should not be vulnerable—so the search must proceed beyond blaming unseen forces.
Sagara reassures his sons that the sacrifice is ritually secured and implies the disturbance (the missing horse) must be investigated through action rather than assumption.
Prudence and confidence in dharmic procedure—trust in mantra and priestly guardianship paired with a rational assessment of the situation.
