IAST Transliteration

índra kṣatrám abhí vāmám ójo ’jāyathā vṛ́ṣabha carṣaṇīnā́m | apānudó jánam amitrāyántam urúṁ devébhyo akṛṇor u lokám ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Indra, for desirable kṣatra, for excellent strength, wast thou born, O Bull of the peoples. Repelling the hostile folk, thou verily didst make for the Gods a wide, secure realm.

Translation

Indra, demi kṣatra yang diingini, demi kekuatan yang unggul, engkau dilahirkan, wahai Banteng umat manusia. Menghalau kaum yang memusuhi, sesungguhnya engkau menjadikan bagi para Dewa suatu wilayah yang luas dan aman.
