sá yád udī́cīṃ díśam ánu ví acalat sómo rā́jā bhūtvā́nu ví ’calat saptár̥ṣibhir hutá āhútiṃ ’nnādī́ṃ kṛtvā́

When he moved forth following the northern quarter, Soma, having become King, moved forth thereafter, having—by the Seven Ṛṣis—been offered, and having made the oblation a food-eater.

Apabila ia bergerak maju menurut penjuru utara, Soma, setelah menjadi Raja, bergerak maju sesudah itu, setelah—oleh Tujuh Ṛṣi—dipersembahkan, dan setelah menjadikan persembahan (āhuti) sebagai pemakan makanan.
