Transliteration

ekadeśadattaśulkaṃ trīṇi tīrthāny aśrūyamāṇaṃ śrūyamāṇaṃ sapta tīrthāny ākāṅkṣeta

Translation

Apabila bayaran perkahwinan (śulka) hanya dibayar sebahagiannya: jika dia tidak didengar khabarnya, dia hendaklah menunggu tiga tīrtha; jika khabarnya masih didengar, dia hendaklah menunggu tujuh tīrtha.
