Transliteration

parajanasya pūrva-madhyama-uttama-vadhā daṇḍāḥ kretṛ-śrotṛ-ṛṇāṃ ca

Translation

બીજા વ્યક્તિ (પરજન) અંગે વ્યવહાર કરવાથી દંડ પ્રથમ, મધ્યમ અને ઉત્તમ (સર્વોચ્ચ) સ્તરના થાય છે; તેમજ જવાબદારી ખરીદનાર, ‘શ્રોતા/સંમતિ આપનાર’ (મધ્યસ્થ/અનુમોદક) અને ઋણદાતા પર પણ આવે છે.
