Sukta 8.4
यदिन्द्र प्रागपागुदङ्न्यग्वा हूयसे नृभिः । सिमा पुरू नृषूतो अस्यानवेऽसि प्रशर्ध तुर्वशे ॥
yád indra prā́g apā́g údaṅ nyàg vā hūyáse nṛ́bhiḥ | símā purū́ nṛ-sū́to asyā́nave ’si praśardha turváśe ||
Ô Indra, qu’on t’appelle de l’est ou de l’ouest, d’en haut ou d’en bas par les hommes, tu es vraiment l’Un aux formes multiples, né de la force d’âme humaine. Tu es l’élan victorieux pour le chercheur ; viens comme puissance triomphante pour Turvaśa, l’âme qui s’efforce.
