Sukta 8.27
आ पशुं गासि पृथिवीं वनस्पतीनुषासा नक्तमोषधीः । विश्वे च नो वसवो विश्ववेदसो धीनां भूत प्रावितारः ॥
ā́ paśúṃ gāsi pṛthivī́ṃ vánaspatīn uṣásā náktam óṣadhīḥ | víśve ca no vásavo viśvavedaso dhīnā́ṃ bhūta prāvitā́raḥ ||
Viens vers les forces vivantes, vers la vaste Terre, vers les seigneurs de la croissance végétale, vers Uṣas et Nakt, vers les herbes guérisseuses. Et vous tous, ô Vasus, omniscients — soyez pour nos pensées inspirées des protecteurs et des aides qui nous font avancer.
