त्वामग्ने समिधानो वसिष्ठो जरूथं हन्यक्षि राये पुरंधिम् । पुरुणीथा जातवेदो जरस्व यूयं पात स्वस्तिभिः सदा नः ॥
tvā́m agne samidhānó vásiṣṭho jarū́thaṃ han yákṣi rāyé purandhím | puru-nī́thā jātavedo jarasva yūyám pāta svastíbhiḥ sádā naḥ ||
Toi, ô Agni, allumé, Vasiṣṭha t’invoque : abats la faiblesse qui se flétrit; sacrifie pour notre accroissement Purandhi, la Puissance qui comble et accomplit. Ô Jātavedas aux multiples voies, embrase-toi; et puissiez-vous toujours nous garder par les forces du bien-être (svasti).
