Sukta 7.7
प्र वो देवं चित्सहसानमग्निमश्वं न वाजिनं हिषे नमोभिः । भवा नो दूतो अध्वरस्य विद्वान्त्मना देवेषु विविदे मितद्रुः ॥
prá vó deváṁ cit sahasā́nam agním áśvaṁ ná vā́jinaṁ híṣe námobhiḥ | bhávā no dūtó adhvarásya vidvā́n tmanā́ devéṣu vivide mitá-druḥ ||
Vers vous je pousse Agni le divin, puissant par la force, tel un coursier victorieux, avec des hommages. Sois pour nous le messager de l’adhvara, connaissant les voies ; par ton propre être tu trouves ta place parmi les dieux, mesuré dans ta foulée.
