Transliteration

údu tiṣṭha savitaḥ śrudhy asyá hiraṇya-pāṇe prá-bhṛtāv ṛtásya | vy ùrvī́ṃ pṛthvī́m amátiṃ sṛjān á ā́ nṛ́bhyo marta-bhójanam suvān áḥ ||

Translation

Lève-toi, ô Savitar ; entends ceci — ô aux mains d’or — lors de l’avancée de la Vérité (ṛta). Au large tu délivres la vaste terre et la pensée sans bornes, apportant aux hommes la nourriture qui soutient la route du mortel.
