हंसा इव श्रेणिशो यतानाः शुक्रा वसानाः स्वरवो न आगुः । उन्नीयमानाः कविभिः पुरस्ताद्देवा देवानामपि यन्ति पाथः ॥
haṃsā́ iva śreṇiśó yatā́nāḥ śukrā́ vásānāḥ sváravo na ā́guḥ | unnīyámānāḥ kavíbhiḥ purástād devā́ devā́nām ápi yanti pā́thaḥ ||
Tels des cygnes en vol ordonné, ils s’avancent, revêtus d’éclat, faisant retentir le cri svar ; conduits vers le haut par les ṛṣi à l’avant, les dieux vont sur le sentier qui mène aux dieux.
