Sukta 3.39
इन्द्रं मतिर्हृद आ वच्यमानाच्छा पतिं स्तोमतष्टा जिगाति । या जागृविर्विदथे शस्यमानेन्द्र यत्ते जायते विद्धि तस्य ॥
índraṁ matír hṛdá ā vacyámānā́cchā́ pátiṁ stóma-taṣṭā jigāti | yā́ jā́gṛvir vidáthe śasyámānéndra yát te jā́yate viddhí tásya ||
Vers Indra, le Seigneur, s’avance la pensée-hymne, taillée en stoma, proférée du cœur. Éveillée, dans la vidatha — l’assemblée de la quête — elle est proclamée : « Ô Indra, quoi que ce soit qui naisse en toi, sache-le comme ta propre manifestation en nous. »
