अग्ने अपां समिध्यसे दुरोणे नित्यः सूनो सहसो जातवेदः । सधस्थानि महयमान ऊती ॥

Transliteration

agne apā́m sám idhyase duroṇé nítyaḥ sū́no sahaso jā́tavedāḥ | sadhásthāni maháyamāna ūtī́ ||

Translation

Ô Agni, tu t’embrases dans la demeure au milieu des eaux ; éternel, ô fils de la force, Jātavedas, connaisseur des naissances. Grandissant les sièges communs (de notre être), tu les élargis par ta protection et ton aide nourricière.
