प्राञ्चं यज्ञं चकृम वर्धतां गीः समिद्भिरग्निं नमसा दुवस्यन् । दिवः शशासुर्विदथा कवीनां गृत्साय चित्तवसे गातुमीषुः ॥

Transliteration

prā́ñcaṃ yajñáṃ cakṛma várdhatāṃ gī́ḥ samídbhīr agníṃ námasā duvasyán | diváḥ śaśāsur vidáthā kavīnā́ṃ gṛtsā́ya cit taváse gātúm ī́ṣuḥ ||

Translation

Nous avons mis le sacrifice en marche vers l’avant ; que croisse la parole inspirée. Par les bois d’allumage nous servons Agni, avec révérence et soumission. Les voyants ont établi les assemblées (vidatha) depuis le Ciel ; même pour le puissant Gṛtsamada ils ont cherché une voie de passage — une ouverture pour que la force avance.
