Sukta 2.32
अस्य मे द्यावापृथिवी ऋतायतो भूतमवित्री वचसः सिषासतः । ययोरायुः प्रतरं ते इदं पुर उपस्तुते वसूयुर्वां महो दधे ॥
asyá mé dyāvā-pṛthivī ṛtāyató bhūtám avitrī́ vácasaḥ sisāsatáḥ | yayór ā́yuḥ prá-taraṃ té idáṃ púra úpastute vasūyúrvāṃ mahó dadhé ||
Que pour cette parole mienne le Ciel et la Terre — marchant selon le ṛta — deviennent protecteurs, désireux d’affermir le Verbe. Devant ces deux dont la vie s’avance plus avant, je dépose cet antique éloge ; en quête des richesses, j’ai trouvé en vous une grande ampleur.
